Booking & Deposits

All sessions must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
No session is considered booked until the deposit is received, unless otherwise confirmed directly by the photographer.
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.
All delivered images are professionally edited. Unedited/RAW files are not provided.

Timeliness & Late Fee

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session.
A 10-minute grace period will be honored.
If the client is more than 30 minutes late, a $50 late fee will be applied. After 30 minutes, the session will be automatically canceled.
Arrival delays may result in reduced session time to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must notify the photographer at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may forfeit the deposit and may require a new deposit to rebook.
In case of an emergency, please contact the photographer directly to discuss alternate arrangements.

Communication

Clients are responsible for communicating any changes regarding location, timing, or participants in the session.
Open and timely communication helps ensure the best possible experience and final product.
